Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer stopped printing for no apparent reason and I started getting popup about HP files that "will damage your computer."  I tried uninstalling the software, but was not successful. I would love to talk to a human being as HP's virtual helper has not been able to help
