Product: Hi Notebook- 15s-fq0019na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I turn on my computer, the WiFi doesn't connect. When I go to the network lists, there are no networks available. When I then go onto the Hp Support Assistant app, and run a diagnostic check, it comes up with error 104 and says the "Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter is experiencing driver (or hardware) related problems. When the app tries to fix it and when it says its repaired the problem by reseting the driver nothing changes and I cant access the WiFi too. The laptop isn't even 1 year old, and I need it for school work.
I would be grateful if anyone could help
