Product: HP Deskjet 2630
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi,

This printer won't acknowledge the ink is gone so I can use instant ink to replace the cartridges (it's my housemates printer but I'd like to use it) 

I've tried hard resetting it to reassess ink levels but it's insistent they're great...

Nothing will print in black and white or colour. 

Do i need to just suck it up and buy replacement cartridges or is there a fix so I can use instant ink?

 

Thanks in advance for any help, the printer is driving me crazy!
