Mac OS Big Sur update. Downloaded Mac OS 11.0 HP software, but Deskjet 1514 will not print. Get prompt "waiting for printer to become available" in print cue. Re-set printer, re-set printing system in System Preferences, rebooted computer - still get same "waiting..." prompt. Have been in contact with Mac support 3 times and have updated all kinds of things but its still not working. Mac states that the problem is on HP's side so please prioritize to find a solution.
