I just restored my notebook using the built-in factory reset partition and then reinstalled all drivers and software (even HP Solution Center 14). I've restored and re-installed a couple of times in the past my notebook and all was alway gone in the right way (also Hp software and drivers).

This time, instead, I've re-installed my usual offline "Hp drivers and software" (AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe) but, when I double click "Solution Center" icon on desktop, a white window with an "f" and "i" is displayed (see the attached files) instead of the usual windows (I've attached also a web-similar image of Hp Solution Center I used to have). At the same time the printer is properly installed: I can do a Test-Print-Page and, for example, I can print from Word.

I tried to uninstall and re-install software but with the same result, I tried also to retrive a new software from hp support page (https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-2570-all-in-one-printer-series/441247...) but the page is still searching (3 minutes were required but 1 hour is about to be passed).

I need a working Solution Center windows otherwise I can't use "Printer settings" (to align the heads printer), I can't use "Scan Documents", "Scan to files", "Scan Photos" and all the utilities that are in the Solution Center Windows.

Can someone help me?
