I cannot set up my printer properly. Ive followed all instructions. Sometimes it sets up so that I can print documents via HP Smart but I cannot print directly from any other app and it does not appear in my windows printer list. Im ready to throw it out of the window and go back to Epson.
It doesnt seem to have an IP assigned on my router either.
In addition to this, it seems to sleep after like 30 seconds as well.
Prnt and Scan Doctore cannot communicate with printer, no matter what, despite it showing in the list.
Can anyone help? Im absolutely dying trying to speak to the Virtual ASS.
