My HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 stopped being connected to my home on January 24, 2021. I started troubleshooting the problem. I printed the HP Network Configuration Page to get the current network configuration data. The report says the 802.11 Wireless is “disabled”. I can’t figure out how it got disabled and how to get it working again. My Eero router says it was connected to my printer at 4:23 pm CDT on 01/24/2021. I got an error message about that time, but I didn’t know what it meant at the time.
Is it possible that HP did some kind of software update that disabled the WiFi on the printer? None of the Setup touchscreens have the WiFi icons anymore and it does not have a Network Setup screen. I can’t see screens that one would see if they were changing to a new WiFi network.
