Product: HP Envy 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi - my HP Envy 13 laptop is having issues with the cursor. It moves around the screen by itself, randomly clicking on icons and generally making it impossible to use.
I've sequentially updated, then disabled, then uninstalled, the touch screen, touch pad and mouse drivers (which is hard when the cursor won't stay still), but it still occurs.
It seemed to start with the touch pad not being very responsive (about 3-4 weeks ago), but has gotten to a point where the laptop is unusable.
I've run the HP diagnostic tool and nothing comes up.
