Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I bought my printer a few weeks ago. Last week I installed the instant ink cartridges that were sent out in my welcome pack.
My printer is currently connected to the internet and I am able to print. On HP Smart it shows my printer as online with no issues.
However in my Instant Ink account although it recognises the printer is online it won't connect and just shows the message "Unable to connect to the printer. Check your connection and try again later." (see below). So I have no idea how many pages I have printed or have remaining this month.
Can someone advise on how to resolve this?
