My printer was connected to both of my laptops until I switched to a new ISP this week. I am using a new router, but the network configuration is otherwise the same. I was able to use HP Smart to reconnect one of my Mac laptops to the printer, but have not been able to connect my second laptop.
I am using the 2.4GHz connection for both the printer and the laptop. The HP Smart app sees only the Fax for the printer and says it is offline. The printer web access test results show "PASS" for all diagnostics. When I ping the printer's IP address, the requests time out and I receive the message "no route to host."
Any ideas for what to try next? Thanks!
