Product: Officejet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When opening Twain (for scanning), there is no scan button after closing and opening the application. The 'scan dr' utility will fix the issue but once the app is closed and reopen, there is no scan button. My printer is a Officejet Pro 8710.

 

Appreciate the insight on this.
