Product: HP Omen 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The HP Support Assistant suggested that I run a calibration on the battery. I ran the calibration process using the HP Hardware Diagnostics Window software and that the logic status was unknown and the charge status was unknown. Then the test is cancelled.
The report says
TestVersion = 1.17.7.0
TestId = a088469f-b159-4d7e-b4f9-0f1ed77a95af
Instance = 1
StartTime = 2021-02-07T18:11:34
ExecutionDuration = 00:00:44
Result = Cancelled

I'm thinking the battery needs reseating. PC is only 3 months old. Would I invalidate warrantee if I opened it up and wiggled the battery?
Any other suggestions?
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver.
I have tried draining the battery completely and recharging it.
