Product: Example:HP Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
MY HP 4650 worked great for quite some time.
I have tried everything I can find online to get my printer to print after a Windows 10 update. It is hooked up wireless only. It scans just fine but it won't print. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, power cycled the printer, went through multiple routines taking the ink cartridges out, etc. No dice. My Brother laser printer, which is hooked up wireless to the same computer, works just fine.
Is there a way to COMPLETELY remove the HP software and drivers so that I can reinstall it? I notice that HP Smart doesn't show up in the list of programs when I got to uninstall it.
