Product: HP Notebook 17-bs028cy

My 3 year old HP Notebook 17" laptop has a left broken hinge and opening the laptop now causes a separation on the lower case. We have had this laptop since the early 2018 and it has only been used in a normal manner. It has never been dropped.  It at most is opened and closed once per day if even that. I find this breakage to not be acceptable and am asking you for it to be repaired.
