Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I noticed that the battery was slowly draining while it was plugged-in. I tried plugging into different outlets and it would still say % available (plugged in) but it would not be charging. I even tried a different charger and it still would have the same result of not charging. The only way I could get it to charge is to unplug it and completely drain the battery down until it shut off and wait for the white light to stop blinking near the charging port. I then plugged it back in and left it alone until the orange charging light turned to solid white. Now that it is charged, if I unplug it and let the battery drain some if once again refuses to charge.
