Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start up HP Smart I get a pop up that asks: "Do you want to make HP Smart better by sharing usage data?"  There are two selection boxes: No and Yes.  It does not matter which one I click on, the question pops back up.  I cannot find anything on this board for this issue.  There is a similar question for use from iOS, but not here.  I have an HP computer Model: HP Pavilion DesktopTP-01--157cPC and an HP Envy 6055 Inkjet Printer.

I can print from programs, but I want to use HP Smart to adjust some scanning settings.
