Product: HP Envy Pro 6458

I'm learning to use HP Smart to manage my new HP Envy Pro 6458. What I can't figure out how to do is scan a multi-page document. All the pages run through the scanner, but only one page shows up in HP Smart. I'm running HP Smart from my smart phone.

 

I followed the advice to download HP Scan Extended onto my PC, but when I run the software, it can't find the device. I am totally frustrated with this process and my new printer. Help, please!
