After linking printer, I try to login, but cannot get passed entering in the email address. nothing happens when i hit the "Next" button. it appears there is a lock next to the login3.id.hp.com (at the top of the page).  i try hitting the NEXT button several time until a screen appears and indicates An error has occurred ...  BADREQUEST....  X-request-id: 881d688-7780-11eb-b39d-2b9123c634aa.c2e6de40-7aed-11eb-b39d-2b9123c634aa.

 

I am able to login my account on my iPhone via the internet but that does me no good if i want to print anything from the phone.

 

I was successful in adding the app to my Desktop computer and logging in there.
