Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I don't have an HP printer any longer and can't seem to remove this application. It only shows up in Launchpad. I can't find it anywhere else. I've tried to uninstall it by removing it from Launchpad by holding down the touchpad till the app is moving and it won't uninstall. Please help. TIA
