Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having trouble with my Pavilion laptop. It's not that old. I purchased it in 2019 through the official website.

Sometimes my laptop turns off when the battery reaches 0-5% battery (which is obviously normal since it's out of battery right?) but it feels like it runs out of battery really quickly. I just use it for about an hour, an hour and a half. I turn it on and get a black screen with these words:

Other times, my laptop goes back to normal and can last for about 3 hours.

This started maybe around January but only once or twice. It was when I was updating my laptop with a BIOS update. It said it would turn off and on a few times while updating. And one of those instances I got this message. But it was just that time.

Out of nowhere this week, it's been happening more often. I don't know why and I'm really confused. I need some advice on what to do. I really don't want my laptop to fail on me. I use it for college but I don't have money to buy a new laptop. This is the most expensive laptop I've bought so far.
