My monitor is a few years old and I just got it set up on my new desk. Ive been using it for a couple months without issue and I'm afraid one of my kids may have been pushing the buttons on the bottom of the monitor, but I cannot figure out what they pushed or held in. I cannot access the On Screen Menu at all. All buttons seem to act as power buttons EXCEPT the power button. I will randomly throughout use get a 'The Power Button is Locked' pop up. I unlock the power button and 15 minutes later (approx....) It locks again. None of the buttons do anything until I unlock the power button, then they all can be pushed once (they do nothing) then the second time I push the button the power turns off, then I push them again it turns the power back on. Its like all buttons were reprogrammed to be power buttons, as I just 'unlocked the power button' by holding down the OSD button.... IM SO CONFUSED!
I can't switch the inputs for use with HDMI 2 at all.
Is there any way to factory reset this monitor or troubleshoot this further without use of the buttons? None of them seem to do anything they should...
