I am facing auto shutdown problem in my laptop. At around 30% charge , laptop shuts down automatically without giving any alert. I have done hp hardware Diagonastic test. It says battery UNKNOWN and also is getting cancelled.
I have removed my battery , and then full charge , then when it becomes below 30% , it turned off automatically. i can not drain the battery fully. I have uninstalled drivers. But nothing happened.
I had replaced my battery 5-6 months ago. This is new battery.
Also I have measured the output of laptop adapter . It's reading is 19.88 volt. But the fixed output voltage that is printed in my adapter is 19.5 volt.
Please help me , how i can fix it.
