I purchased this printer and have set it up but it wont allow me to register for instant ink account says that my claim code can only be used on app to which i have tried but no success.
I have contacted agents who have advised me to buy normal genuine cartridges, print of several sheets of paper despite having barely any ink, set up under new account I even spoke with an advisor for nearly 3 hours but to no avail.
I brought the printer specifically for the instant ink as previous printer was great until it went wrong.
I am now frustrated as I asked to return the printer but no luck and still no luck on getting cartridges.
