I tried to reinstall my HP app from the Windows store because my Officejet Pro 9015 was suddenly "offline" , but it indicates that I already own the app and when I go to install, I receive the error code 0x80073CFB. Fortunately, i can still use the printer and scanner with the drivers downloaded directly from the HP web site, but I's rather use the HP app.
I've tried all of the steps on the Microsoft web site suggested in other posts which involve reregistering the Microsoft store and also uninstalling and reinstalling the the store app, but the problem continues.
