Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Dear hp,

 

I recently moved to India, and purchased ink catrtridge hp 678 from local shop for my printer hp 1515. The printer is not responding to the cartridge 678. I then came to understand that my printer region code should be changed. Kindly help me resolve this problem.
