A few weeks ago my daughter's HP Pavillion's keyboard and touchpad stopped working.
I have deleted the drivers in Windows 10 as per online guides. Has not helped
I have plugged in wired keyboard and mouse and they work to operate the machine.
I have started the machine in BIOS mode and the keyboard and touchpad work in that mode.
Whatever has been tried results in it not working in Windows 10. My PC repair shop is suggesting the motherboard needs to be replaced which i am hesitant to do. They have reinstalled Windows 10 and the same issue occurs.
I believe it is something to do with a recent windows update that has stopped the driver.
