Product: Photosmart 7520

My Photosmart 7520 all-in-one printer has a feeder problem from main tray. Does not catch and grab paper sheet in paper tray. An error message comes up saying 'Load paper into main tray and touch okay'. I've done that a few times to no avail. Help!
