Product: HP 15s-dr3500TX

Hii there, I just bought a new laptop HP 15s-dr3500TX but it's battery lasts only for 2 hours after 100% charge. I don't understand what should I do; I called HP Support and asked for a replacement, so they sent a engineer to observe and determine any hardware issue. But the tests he done were showing no problem in battery, but my battery still doesn't last for more than 2 hours. I hope someone should have the solution to my problem.
