Hello, everything was going fine and I was using my HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0068wm laptop when plugged in (because of its low battery life), suddenly it stopped picking up charge from the battery. I tried other sockets to no avail. I also uninstalled the Microsoft ACPI and the other one and restarted but nothing happened (couldn't take out battery since its fixed). I also updated the drivers from support assistant and ran the battery diagnostics too which said that "The battery is functioning correctly, but the AC adapter is not attached. To completely test your battery, please attach the AC adapter." I heard that this is a known issue about pavillion gaming laptops related to some fault with the motherboard. Please help I need my laptop for some work!
