Hello 

 

I posted my issue about this back in February; however, it wasn't resolved. One I failed to respond back in time and the post closed. 

 

I am still receiving a bad request error when i am trying to sign into the HP Smart App on my Iphone. My printer is the HP Envy 5055 and works fine, but would like to be able to print anywhere with my phone. Please help.
