Hp Officejet Pro 8025e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay talk about being frustrated and pissed off.  I purchased a brand new Hp Officejet Pro 8025e.  Took it out of the box and installed the ink cartridges.  The display screen is stuck on "To complete set up get HP software at 123.hp.com.

Okay, so I get the software, download it and use the set up feature.  However, my computer and iphone will not find the computer because the wifi light is not lit.  Search the internet and every video and forum that I find explains to use the printer touch screen to turn on the wifi, but I cant because it is stuck on that stupid 123.hp.com screen.

I am beside my self.  I just dont understand why this has to be so difficult.  I cant set it up using USB because I am forced to use wifi.  Is HP trying to turn away customers?  I need some help on this before I take this printer back and if I do I will never buy anything HP.  I was frustrated with my last HP printer when the darn $49 HP cartridges didn't work.

Some please help me, thanks.

Yes I am frustrated and ready to throw this printer out the window.
