Product: HP Printer and Scan Doctor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi! Each time I try to run the HP Printer and Scan Doctor, it says that I need administrator permissions, even though I am logged in as the administrator.
I have tried opening the program several times with "run as administrator", but I always the same message.
I have also deleted the Scan Doctor file from Windows C and reinstalled it through the HP Support Assistant, but with the same result.
I have also checked in my User Profile that I have all permissions.
Can anyone suggest what else I can try.
