HP Smart pushed an update. Now when scanning ( about 80% of my use of the printer ), when I choose the Document Feeder before scanning, it will scan the glass. I have to reload a couple of times before the document feeder will work. To make matters worse, this happens at the beginning of every document I want to scan. I used HP Doctor and it says my printer is working correctly. I called Tech Support and was just told to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. Don't they test these updates before they push them out?
