Product: hp envy m6-1205dx notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade to Windows 11 but get a response which says that my laptop does not meet the minimum requirement. I am very sure what the problem might be, but I will just state factors that I think might be connected.

 

*When I check my tpm, the respond is this: "Compactable TPM can not be found."

*Bios version is insyde F.35, 9/23/2013

*Under the Device Security Tab which is found in the Update & Security is see this "Standard hardware security not supported."

 

Now I couldn't do anything because my product is not found on this platform, hope I can get some assistance.
