Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Hello,
I have an HP Pagewide Pro 477dw MFP printer, which I purchased 4 years ago and which works fine. I use it together with an iMac running on OS Big Sur.
I now wanted to print from Word (like I have done thousands of times before), but it shows only small little rectangles instead of letters. I have checked out various fonts, but the issue persists. The printer software is up to date. I have restarted the printer a few times. I printed out the list of fonts, and it has the fonts that are I used listed as installed fonts. Printing of PDF documents works just fine.
Does anyone have ideas? Many thanks in advance!!
