Product: ScanJet 5000 s4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Encrypted PDFs from the HP Smart Document Scan Software (SDSS) can not be unlocked.

Tried using cut and paste to set my password, and typed it in manually for the confirmation, and it matched.
When I go to open the encrypted PDF file, it says that password is invalid.
Doesn't matter if I type it in manually or if I use cut and paste that I used to set up the original - Still not able to open!!
