I bought this 15inch HP Envy Convertible Core-i7 11th Gen and I was expecting it to be good on battery since the 11th Gen has proven to be energy efficient. To my surprise, unlike what has been claimed by HP, my PC is giving a 6 hours battery time with "Better Battery" settings and a 50 percent brightness.
Before an HP guy tells me what to do, here is what I have already done:
1. Re-Installed Windows 10 after going trough PC Reset Option.
2. Performed a complete 8 Hours calibration procedure where I gave rest of 6 hours to a discharged machine.
3. Read all the support topic in this regard and have performed battery tests which suggested calibration and which I did as explained above.
My question is, should I be content with 6 Hours battery? Or should I send it back to the vendor for a warranty claim as the claimed battery life is double of what I am getting.
Any one else having this model having the same issue?
