Hi, I have been facing this problem since some time now, Started after a windows update I think. I have 2 USB-C Ports on my laptop. One Supports Charging+Data Transfer, the other one is strictly charging ( Port 2) ( From the labels on the laptop). Here are the issues i am facing regarding these.
1. Port 2 Charges only with the laptop turned off, Wont do it once the power button is pressed ( Could be BIOS Problem??)
2. Port 1 can charge all the time
3. In the event the battery dies, Both Port wont charge unless I plug in both the ports, one with charger other with any USB C Device or Charger
This has limited by use of the laptop as in the event battery is low I cannot use a USB C Hub alongside
Thank You!
