HP Recommended
Product: deskjet plus 4120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I now cannot access my HP smart account - it comes up with "unexpected error please try later" message every time. My printer is enrolled in instant ink but machine says cartridges very low or empty and no replacements sent.

Printer now showing several error messages but main problem is being unable to get into my account to check status
