Just got my ENVY 6455e and it won't let me complete the set up procedure. I get to the step where I have to scan the alignment print-out and I have to press the copy button but am disallowed due to the E9 error that pops up each time. I've tried factory resetting it and setting it back up but I get the same issue. Please help and do not tell me to follow this: "
An E9 error occurs when a problem occurs during a printer firmware update.
Set up the wireless setup again.

This does not work because the information button is not even available due to the E9 error. Please figure out this issue because other people have had it as well with no solutions. Fix your **bleep**
