Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 2710 DeskJet printer usually connects to my 2.4 GHz network and printing has gone very well since purchase. But one day, I couldn't print a document and so when I printed the usual report (click Info for 3 seconds), it shows that while the printer is connected to my broadband, it's not connected to the Internet. But when I contacted support, they still could access my printer information and send ink cartridges when I needed them (as I use the HP Instant Ink plan). I've tried to re-set up my printer, but that failed and even when re-connecting it to my broadband, it always said connected to wi-fi, but not connected to the internet.
