Hello,

 

I am hoping someone can help me find replacement parts for my monitor.  The monitor did not ship with the attachment for VESA mounts, so I had to purchase a clamping style monitor mount for this great monitor.  Unfortunately, throughout the process I must have lost the original screws and cannot utilize the base stand anymore.  I have attached the picture below, but was hoping someone could help me figure out where to get replacement parts for this.
