Product: envy 4500
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

i have a envy 4500 with LCD screen, I am wanting to setup the instant ink service - but the printer will not connect to web services for this feature.  I note i do not have a printer email address.  
I am going around in circles - welcome any help.
