Product: OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi - I'm trying to print a double sided document on my OfficeJet Pro 8710 and the pages aren't lining up right. I purchased a two-sided printable that has two 5x7 cards per page and should print double sided. When I print, the front and back aren't aligned right. When I cut out the 5x7 card, part of the back is cut off as it isn't aligned exactly to the edges of the 5x7 front side. Is this a printer setting somewhere? This has happened with two different printables that I've purchased that are designed to print at home, so I don't think its an issue with the file. Thanks!
