Product: HP ZBook 17 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Mobile workstation HP 17 G4 shipped with either the i7-7700HQ CPU or the i7-7820HQ CPU, which tells me the chassis supports either CPU. In HP sys info the BaseBoard (motherboard) is listed as HP 8270, KBC Version 46.7C. Does this board accept either CPU? If not, best recommendations for upgrading entire board to support i7-7820HQ CPU? I am stuck at Windows 10 due to the current i7-7700HQ and the i7-7820HQ is supported for Windows 11.
