Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer 1KR42A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer keep freezing on ALL the screens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I can only get to the "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in instant ink" (WHICH IT WAS). When I hit hide it gets stuck at the aligning print cartridges but does nothing.  I try to shut it down. It does nothing. 

Been fighting it for 2 months and my printer literally JUST came out of warranty after it happened.

 

Looks like a firmware update broke it, after I re-enrolled in the ink program.

 

I can power it off by unplugging, but when it comes back on it tells me I can't print until the ink is registered (already registered a few months ago) and then it tells me it needs to align and then it gets stuck again.

 

There's paper in the machine, and full ink cartridges. This machine has barley been used, less than 30 pages.

 

Very frustrating, especially after it made me re-register a new credit card to use the ink i already paid for before it stopped working.
