Product: HP ENVY PRO 6400 series

HP instant ink, HP 37/305, received for HP envy Pro 6400 series printer. New ink cartridges are very large. They do fit I guess but there is an error message like the printer does not recognize the cartridges. All of the tape is removed. They cartridges are locked in place. Please help. I am a College Professor and need my ink ASAP.
