Hi we got 2 broken designjets in the workshop.
It was sticking in 16% but this was cleared by fitting a new drive.
t1500 then came up with gave a 90.03 error.
It would start and the ramp would operated at 97%, then to to initialising ink system, then give the error.
I rebuilt the ramp valves, carefully several times but could not clear the fault. I tried valve calibration but got same error.
So I removed a stacker from the t930 to see if that would work on the t1500
It did not. So....
I put the origional stacker on and it now works.
**bleep**??
Even more confusing I put the t930 stacker back on the t930, and I now get 2 errors depending on how I start the machine, I normal or engineering mode.
Normal mode gives a 63.(01?) Error
Engineering mode gives a 90.03 error
I checked the valves were in the lower position. All cables in place
63 error is indicated as firmware or network card. I tried to update by USB but I'm not sure this worked.
The 63 error happens before any motors fire up, and the ramp motor does not fire up
Very confused and frustrated.
Any advice here?
