Product: HP ENVY 5000 Series

I am trying to print on vinyl glossy paper. I've tried twice, but the black ink does not dry to the paper. I've been searching for ways to correct this common mistake. What settings do I need to change to make my printer print on vinyl glossy paper? Where can I change these settings?  Any images/ screenshots are welcome! I am using a HP Envy 5000 series printer.
