Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there...i am unable to login into my laptop as everytime i enter the password it shows "RPC SERVER UNAVAILABLE" .I won't even shut down or restart.I have lots of work to do and i am facing too much problem because of this . Please help me fix this issue asap.
